Rules governing the principles of personal data processing of contact persons of MIBFORMA's business partners.
The company MIBFORMA a.s., with its registered office at Radiova 45, 821 04 Bratislava – Ruzinov city district, Company ID: 52 662 632, registered in the Commercial Register of the Municipal Court Bratislava III, Section: Sa, Insert No. 7027/B (hereinafter referred to as "MIBFORMA"),
as the personal data controller, hereby pursuant to Article 13 and Article 14 of Regulation (EU) No. 2016/679 (hereinafter referred to as "GDPR"),
fulfills its legal obligation and provides data subjects whose personal data are or will be processed by the controller with the following information:
These rules govern the principles of personal data processing of (i) contact persons of business partners who have entered into or will enter into a business contract with MIBFORMA in connection with implementation or administration of information systems (hereinafter referred to as "partner contact persons"), (ii) contact persons of a business partner in connection with provision of licensed software, (iii) users of information systems for incident management and project management (hereinafter referred to as "HelpDesk and Project Systems" and "Users").
Processed data:
Data provided by a business partner, potential business partner and users. MIBFORMA processes personal data of partner contact persons provided to MIBFORMA employees participating in service activities and software implementations via information systems. These data include, in particular, first name, last name, phone number, and email address. In the case of users who upload a photo in the information systems, MIBFORMA also processes this photo.
Identification data for access to HelpDesk and Project Systems. MIBFORMA also processes your personal data for access to information systems. These data include, in particular, first name, last name, phone number, and email address.
Data obtained through cookies. If, within cookie settings on the website or in your browser, you enable storage of cookies and consent to their use, MIBFORMA obtains data about your website visit and further activity on the website in order to improve the offer of products and services.
Purpose:
To ensure service activities and software implementations, i.e. for contract performance and pre-contractual negotiations between MIBFORMA and a business partner, MIBFORMA uses your identification data, especially first name, last name, phone number, and email. If these data are not provided, MIBFORMA cannot ensure communication and delivery under the contract.
For access to HelpDesk and Project information systems MIBFORMA uses your email address, password or certificate and, to the necessary extent, also your identification data. The data primarily serve your unambiguous identification. Without these data, MIBFORMA cannot provide access to information systems and allow you to use them.
For offering our services and products and promoting MIBFORMA through commercial communications, MIBFORMA primarily uses your email address and occasionally your phone number. In this case, processing takes place only after your consent is granted, which is entirely voluntary. You can grant consent as part of an information campaign.
For personalization and improvement of website quality and content, for traffic analysis and for better ad targeting and promotion of MIBFORMA, MIBFORMA processes data about your website visit and further website activity when using cookies. In most cases, processing is possible only after your consent is granted. Based on collected data, MIBFORMA obtains statistics, analyses, and reports on website user behavior. Based on these, it is possible to better adapt website content.
Fulfillment of legal obligations – on this basis we process identification and contact data due to compliance especially with the following laws: Civil Code, Act No. 40/1964 Coll.; Act No. 222/2004 Coll. on Value Added Tax; Act No. 431/2002 Coll. on Accounting.
Processing period:
MIBFORMA processes personal data for contract performance for the entire duration of the contract and for five years after its termination for the purpose of possible claims related to the purchase contract.
Data processed for access to an information system are retained until a request for cancellation is made or for the duration of the contract, if needed for execution in the system.
Commercial communications are sent to partner contact persons or users until unsubscribing or withdrawal of your consent. However, commercial communications are sent for a maximum period of 5 years from granting consent.
Data obtained for marketing purposes via cookies are processed by MIBFORMA for the entire duration of consent to cookie use, i.e. for the period during which you enable cookie storage in website cookie settings or in your browser. Processing may continue even after consent withdrawal, for up to the expiration period of the relevant cookie type.

Personal data handling is carried out fully in accordance with applicable legal regulations. During processing, MIBFORMA places strong emphasis on technical and organizational safeguards so that unauthorized or accidental access to personal data, unauthorized modification, destruction, loss, processing or misuse cannot occur.
All persons with access to personal data are bound by confidentiality, and this obligation continues even after cooperation with MIBFORMA ends.
Data disposal:
The controller ensures disposal (erasure) of relevant personal data on the day following expiration of the Processing period.
