01 / Access Point
Your gateway into the Peppol network
An Access Point — known as a digital postman — is a certified service that sends and receives your invoices within the Peppol network, validates document correctness and ensures reliable delivery. We operate in the 5-corner model, including a C5 connection to the tax authority — the Financial Administration of the Slovak Republic.
Transmission uses the AS4 protocol, so every message is secure, digitally signed and encrypted end-to-end. We support all relevant document types, including Slovak Tax Data Documents and Message Level Status responses.

Validation, TDD & delivery confirmation
Every document goes through a defined processing chain — from format validation through automatic TDD reporting all the way to a delivery confirmation from the recipient.
Schematron validation
Every document passes Schematron rule checks before entering the Peppol network — we verify both content accuracy and structural correctness.
Tax Data Document (TDD)
When a document passes validation, we automatically generate a Slovak TDD and send it directly to the Financial Administration — no manual steps needed.
Message Level Status (MLS)
The sender receives a clear response confirming whether their document was accepted or rejected by the recipient — no uncertainty about delivery.
Full monitoring
Every step of the process is logged and tracked. You can always trace back exactly what happened to a document at each stage.
Tested and certified
We have successfully completed all mandatory Peppol testbed scenarios — confirming our Access Point's readiness across the entire Peppol network. We have also completed Slovak-specific test scenarios ahead of their mandatory enforcement.
Complete PKI Migration Test Suite (G3)
Verifies that our Access Point is fully migrated to the new Peppol G3 PKI infrastructure and can securely communicate with both G2 and G3 certificate partners.
Submission PKI Migration Test Suite (G3)
Confirms that the Access Point can submit messages via the new G3 PKI infrastructure in a unilateral outbound communication scenario.
eDelivery Test Suite
Verifies conformance of the Access Point implementation with Peppol network specifications — a prerequisite for obtaining a production Peppol PKI certificate.
BIS Billing 3.0 Test Suite
Confirms that the Access Point correctly processes and exchanges electronic invoices according to the Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 standard.
Slovakia Testing — Billing (3.0.20)
Verifies that the Access Point can correctly submit BIS Billing 3.0 documents and generate and send Slovak TDD documents to the Financial Administration.
Slovakia Testing — Self-Billing (3.0.1)
Confirms correct exchange of self-billing documents in the Peppol network and their compliance with Slovak TDD reporting requirements.

The mib:Peppol SAP Cockpit is a component integrated directly into the SAP environment. It gives your team full visibility of all e-documents — from a high-level list view down to raw XML — without switching to any external tool.

A complete list of all outbound and inbound e-documents directly in the SAP environment — with processing status, direction, and document type at a glance.
Invoice detail
Full invoice line-item view directly from SAP — including net value, tax, line descriptions, and all accounting metadata.
LOG — protokol
Step-by-step event log for each eDocument. Any processing error — from failed TDD submission to missing XML — is clearly listed with a timestamp.
XML Visualisation
View any UBL XML document directly inside SAP — rendered as a readable invoice PDF or as a full XML tree for technical inspection.

Your operational cockpit for Peppol
mib:Peppolbox is a web application we developed for monitoring and managing Peppol transmissions. It serves as an operational cockpit for everyone using our Access Point — providing a clear web interface where you see everything happening in the Peppol network.
The application is available in Slovak and English. Access is secured by standard username and password login.
