SAP DRC

What does SAP DRC solve?

Compliance obligations

  • VAT & Withholding Tax Reports
  • Financial Statements & Fixed Assets Reports
  • Payments & Ledgers Reports
  • EC Sales Lists, Cashflow Reports

Architecture

What does SAP DRC consist of?

The solution is built on three layers: SAP applications generate electronic documents via the Electronic Document Processing Framework, SAP Business Technology Platform handles delivery, and at the end of the chain is the recipient — a business partner or government authority.

Global reach

One solution for the entire world

SAP DRC functions as a unified platform for ECC / S/4HANA environments. Local mappings and formats are configured according to each country's legislation. For Slovakia this means full support for the Peppol network, TDD reporting to the Financial Administration, and receipt of electronic responses.

Document flow

Invoice sending process in the Peppol network

The e-document is created in the eDocument Cockpit, where value mapping, XML generation, and logging take place. The Cloud Edition on SAP BTP then validates certificates, searches for recipients via SMP, and sends the document to the recipient's Access Point. The entire document lifecycle is monitored and recorded.

  • Customer's SAP ERP solution should be up-to-date via system patches or service package levels.

What is included in the implementation

  • Technical Configuration
  • Integration testing — verification and testing on customer data samples
  • Project documentation (SK / EN)
  • Support during training, UAT, go-live and hypercare
